Bringing global expertise and partnered with local knowledge FoxTor are able to comply with all requirement of the The High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS), the promotion and delivery of safety and security consultancy and training services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,

With partner offices in Saudi Arabia , UAE and UK FoxTor is able to engage a a multi-disciplinary professional staff to deliver a portfolio of services in accordance with  HCIS Safety & Security Directives in the Kingdom.

FoxTor and its partners  are fully conversant with the current HCIS Directives and Security standards and have are able to support  the Engineering and design process for all HCIS requirements including ARAMCO and SABIC projects.

SRA stages:

Stage 1: Security Risk Assessment & Concept of Design, this is required for any expansion of the facility

Stage 2: Preliminary Design and preparation for Tender following conceptual design Stage 1

Stage 3: Detail Design is developed by the Installation Contractor and monitored by the consultant

Stage 4: Operational readiness documentation is produced by Installation Contractor and reviewed by Consultant

Approval of documentation and drawings for Stage 1 through to Stage 3 is required prior to the construction, procurement or installation of any new security equipment, system or security infrastructure.

Approval of Stage 4 documentation is required during the commissioning stage of the security system but prior to declaring the facility operational.
